- Annual Fund
Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to the FotoFest Annual Fund to help us produce exciting exhibitions, learning programs, student curricula, public programs, and the internationally recognized FotoFest Biennial.
FotoFest, the international photographic arts and learning organization, remains committed to photography as a tool for learning, social engagement, community enrichment, and meaningful cultural exchange. Many thousands attend FotoFest’s dynamic citywide Biennial of Photography and New Media Art and year-round free exhibitions and programs. Our viewing public, thousands of school children, and many artists directly benefit from FotoFest programs. We appreciate you being an important part of this community.
FotoFest makes very big things happen, and almost every one of our programs are offered free of charge to the public. The FotoFest Biennial of Photography, exhibitions, programs, partnerships, and Literacy Through Photography learning program occupy a special place in the U.S. and globally, and are important platforms for engagement with art and ideas.
In recent months, FotoFest’s learning program mobilized to help schools and students impacted by Hurricane Harvey, and FotoFest experienced record attendance for our fall exhibition, re/thinking photography, featuring photographers working in TEXAS. The upcoming FOTOFEST 2018 BIENNIAL will focus on contemporary photographic and new media art from artists of Indian origin, part of a 2018 citywide cultural focus on India. FotoFest’s Literacy Through Photography learning program has a created a special 2018 curricula that will be used in over 80 classrooms this spring – our largest spring enrollment ever.
